My fee varies based upon the complexity of the case but generally my fee for a chapter 7 consumer case(simple case) is in the range of $2000 plus the court cost of $299. A chapter 13 is generally $3000 plus the filing fees of $274. I do not expect the full fee up front and we can discuss payment options when we meet.
