I am a dedicated Specialist, Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Consumer and Business Bankruptcy law. I am a professional Dallas Bankruptcy attorney, successfully representing clients in all types of Dallas bankruptcy cases and promise a personal commitment to you and a passion for justice and the law!

Out of the 75000 plus attorneys in the State of Texas, I am one of approximately 175 that are certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Consumer Bankruptcy!

I am admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, and the Bankruptcy Courts of the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. I have also appeared and argued before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans on two occasions in bankruptcy matters(and won both cases). Licensed in 1984 by Texas Supreme Court to practice in the State Courts in Texas. I practice bankruptcy law exclusively and have done so for over 37 years.

Certified by Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1989 in both Consumer and Business Bankruptcy Law and have maintained that certification in good standing.

Kelsey Ann Kemp

 

My new associate is Kelsey Ann Kemp. She graduated from UNT Dallas College of Law in May 2019, passed the State Bar exam on the first try and was licensed in November 2019. She got her Bachelors Degree at Indiana University with majors in History and French and a minor in Spanish. In the year between her undergraduate and graduate education she spent a year in Spain teaching English in public and private school.  She is admitted to practice in the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
