I am admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, and the Bankruptcy Courts of the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. I have also appeared and argued before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans on two occasions in bankruptcy matters(and won both cases). Licensed in 1984 by Texas Supreme Court to practice in the State Courts in Texas. I practice bankruptcy law exclusively and have done so for over 30 years.

Kelsey Ann Kemp
My new associate is Kelsey Ann Kemp. She graduated from UNT Dallas College of Law in May 2019 and was licensed in November 2019. She got her Bachelors Degree at Indiana University with majors in History and French and a minor in Spanish. In the year between her undergraduate and graduate education she spent a year in Spain teaching English in public and private school. She is admitted to practice in the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
